Spaetzle

2 eggs
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Beat eggs, add flour, water, salt and baking powder. Drop by spoonfuls or pushed through a colander for fine noodles into boiling salted water. The dumplings will fall to the bottom and as they cook they will float to the top.
My mother-in-law introduced me to Spaetzle. They are an easy dumpling and very yummy with pot roast.
