Curry Eggs

2 hard boiled eggs per person
1 small can of tomato paste
Vegetable broth
Curry, madras
Oil
Heat oil in skillet. Add curry. Stir it, be careful not to burn. Add tomato paste, stir together, Let it cook together for a few minutes. Add veggie broth. Add as much as you would like for thinness. Let come to a boil, stir often. Turn down, cut eggs in half and add to curry sauce.
Serve over rice.
